As a runner in training, I absolutely adore my therapist! She tailors the entire massage experience precisely to my body's actual needs, it's incredibly professional. What's more, she takes the time to listen attentively to how I'm feeling, then adjusts the pressure and focus areas with pinpoint accuracy afterwards. There's no half-hearted approach whatsoever. Afterwards, not only am I unbelievably relaxed, but it works wonders on the tight muscles I get from running. It's truly perfect for us active types.
